Help Us Grow Successfully (HUGS)

This program provides case management services to high-risk pregnant women and children up to age 6 yrs. through home visits by public health nurses, social workers and outreach workers.

Referrals are received from a variety of sources including hospitals, community agencies, physicians, and the Department of Children Services. Information about the program is available at the following number: (615) 862-7942.
