At the request of their hiring department potential new employees of Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County may be provided a post-offer medical examination. This service is the responsibility of the Office of the Civil Service Medical Examiner and the Occupational Health and Wellness Center at the Metro Public Health Department. Presently these physicals are being provided at the Lentz Public Health Center.

All physical exam appointments are coordinated or made by the hiring agency, and for more information please email OHWC@nashville.gov or call 340-0406.
